Return Instructions
The customer must first send an email to Jettom@g-tide.com to obtain a return label before sending any products back to G-Tide
Return your item(s) in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts.
Attach the returnlabel on the outside of the package being returned.
Bring the package to your local UPS/FedEx office near you.
In order to avoid malicious return, once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. G-Tide reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.
It may take up to one weeks for your refund to be issued. The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase. If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
